Carmona

Carmona is the first SWAVYA node. This is where the system is being tested under real conditions, with real projects, real organisations, and real people.

The purpose is simple: to understand whether a place becomes stronger when its needs, capabilities, resources, and opportunities are made visible and connected.

The work begins locally. Projects originate from people based in Carmona. Needs are published openly. Contributions, funding, progress, and proof are recorded as the work unfolds. What matters is not what is planned, but what is achieved.

What the Node Will Show

Over time, this node will show: land and ecological data, active projects, published needs, funding and expenditure, contributions and proof, local organisations and enterprises, outcomes and lessons learned. Every project, success, mistake, cost, and improvement becomes part of the record.

Participation is required to access the node itself. The pilot is not a demonstration. It is working evidence.
