SWAVYA

Constitution

These are the rules every project in Carmona must pass before it can receive funding. The system checks them the same way every time.

The Rules

No extraction from shared resources

A project cannot take more from shared land, water, or forest than it gives back.

Funding cannot buy governance

Money contributed to a project does not give funders a say in how decisions are made.

Cultural work stays community-led

If a project involves craft, heritage, or cultural work, it must be led by the community it belongs to.

Projects must not reduce what is already here

Every project must leave the regenerative standing of Carmona at least where it found it.
